What's Required Of You
Besides what I mentioned already, here is what you'll need to be prepared for:

• the psychic line manager (the person who most likely e-mailed you) will expect you to already know how to do what you say you can. The most common is Tarot card reading. You should be able to fluently determine the meaning of each card, without thumbing through a book. Also, you should not be stating the definition of the card in question, but flowingly state what the card means to the person. Keep in mind most of the people you will be reading to over the phone don't really care about the scientific aspect of Tarot - they just want to know what the future has in store for them!
• when you give a reading to someone, you need to slow down when you speak. I know you'll be excited, but you need to keep in mind some people are bilingual, speak with an accent unlike your own, or possibly have hearing problems. Also, since you are paid by the time you are on the phone with a person, you will want to consider each minute important! And yes, some of these people do call back, so you'll want to make a good first impression.
• if you are capable of these tasks and the manager approves of you, then it's time to get ready to receive calls. This requires some monetary input from you, since you will be an independant (or sub) contractor. This means you work for you - no boss breathing down your neck, no clock to punch in, no commute. However, there are of course responsibilities tied to this freedom.
