Marinated Pork Chops
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place pork chops and potatoes in cooking bag, seal off end and shake well. Place bag in roasting pan, slit top six times and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. While meat is cooking, place peas and carrots in microwave-safe dish. Add water to bottom, and cover with plastic wrap. Heat on HIGH 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Serve pork chops with gravy on top and veggies and potatoes along the sides.
- 8-10 center-cut pork chops
- 3 lb. new red potatoes, peel on, whole
- 8oz. package frozen peas
- 8oz. package diced frozen carrots
- ä cup water
- marinade, cutting down water to 1 cup
